Welcome to Sorax ("Sorax," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sorax mobile application, website (if applicable), and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using Sorax, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Sorax.
By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18, you may not access or use the Service.
Sorax is an AI-powered creative application that enables users to generate videos and visual content from uploaded images.
Features may include:
AI Image-to-Video Generation
AI Animation
Photo Enhancement
Portrait Effects
Creative Templates
Additional AI-powered editing tools
Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued without prior notice.
Some features may require creating an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain the security of your account.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You retain ownership of the images, videos, prompts, and other materials you upload ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant Sorax a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
Process your content;
Generate AI outputs requested by you;
Store content temporarily as necessary to provide the Service.
This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
We do not use your uploaded content to train our AI models.
You agree not to use Sorax to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Upload content you do not have permission to use.
Create fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Generate illegal or abusive material.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or source code.
AI-generated results are automatically created based on your inputs and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and determining whether generated content is appropriate before using or sharing it.
Sorax does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations or be free from errors.
Sorax, including its software, AI models, technology, branding, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Sorax intellectual property.
Sorax may offer:
Auto-renewable subscriptions
One-time in-app purchases
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:
Modify features;
Suspend functionality;
Perform maintenance;
Discontinue portions of the Service at any time.
Your use of Sorax is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms;
Your use creates legal or security risks;
Required by law.
You may stop using Sorax at any time and may delete your account within the app through Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at sabannastur10@icloud.com.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorax disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
AI-generated results will always be accurate or suitable;
The Service will meet every user's expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sorax and its affiliates, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sorax during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorax, its affiliates, employees, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service;
Your uploaded content;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sorax operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
